Gertrude Stein, a woman writer, wrote this quote many years ago. In math/arithmetic: a=a=a. Yes, true. But when you speak, is one rose like another? Are all roses created equal? Are people? Are women? Are writers? Are apples? We know that differences are important. But, for people...should we not all be important? Should others not give us respect, just because we are?
