Description

I am learning Spanish for many reasons. I started learning it about three and a half years ago because I thought it was a beautiful language and I had many friends who spoke it. Now that I live in Dallas I use it regularly in my work.

At this time I have functional conversationa l Spanish in that I can say and understand the things I need to for my job. I want to learn it better and hope to become really fluent.

I need some conversationa l Spanish but I really also need grammar, maybe some literature, and exposure to media such as movies and TV.

I am willing to dedicate about three hours a week: I anticipate once weekly 90 minute lessons then about ninety minutes spent throughout the week doing homework and reading.

In a teacher I would like to find someone comfortable teaching in a formal grammatical setting as well as conversationa lly, and someone who will push me a little!
