My teaching is tailored to the needs and interests of my students. On the first session, i usually give the students the tools to introduce themselves via a variety of activities (mainly oral and visual) no much writing to start! During this first session, i identify strength and weaknesses. I try to gather the maximum information about their preferred methods and learning styles to enable me to design a programme for them. The topics and the grammar might be the same for a lot of students but they do learn differently so the first session is crucial to get this information. |
