1. Do you have a language teacher or class in my area?

   You should browse our teachers list from our Find Teachers page.
   1. Go to our Find Teachers page here. It is also our home page.
   2. Click on the language you want to learn in the Browse By Language menu in the middle of the page.
   3. On the next page, click on your country in the Browse By Country menu in the right side of the page.
   4. On the next page, click on your city in the Browse By City menu in the right side of the page.
   This will show a list of all our teachers who teach your language in your city.
   
   If your city is not in our menu, please use the advanced search form where you can enter any city name.

2. When do your courses start? How much do they cost?

   Each teacher sets his or her own courses and prices. You should check the detailed profile page for each teacher you are interested in. If the teacher does not list the information you need, you have to contact the teacher to ask for that information.

3. How do I contact a teacher or tutor?

   Click on the teacher's name to go to his detailed profile page.
   Then click on his name again to send an email via the website.
   
   You will need to create a learner profile. This is important and only takes a minute. Your email will always be safe.

   You have to contact the teacher via the site by following the instructions given in the previous FAQ above.
   
   We never give out contact information of our teachers or learners, because it violates our privacy policy. We are happy to forward email messages for you, however.

5. Why do I have to create a profile? I just want to speak to a teacher.

   Creating a learner profile is important because:
   • It helps teachers respond to your inquiry appropriately.
   • It adds credibility to any testimonials you write about your teacher in the future.
   • If you don't find a teacher right away, other teachers will be able to contact you in the future. You can reject this option in your profile at any time.
   Creating a profile is fast and easy. We never give out your email or sell your email to marketers and we don't spam.
