How do I begin? - As a long-time trainer in project management, I understand the importance of developing trusting relationship as the key to success. I do get to know my student first. To help them learn more efficiently it is important to begin with learning who they are, what they do, about their culture and to ascertain their current language proficiency and long-term goals; why are they studying English/Serbi an; how will they use English/Serbi an in the future; what do they need to learn?
So, based on this, I have designed a method how to help their progress. I have combined the best audio and visual tools available that can be applied over the internet to help them reach their goals. Each student receives personalised program based on their proficiency and level of understanding .
