Teaching approach:	I make sure I tailor my approach to the needs of the student, whether that be grammar, written or oral skills (or, indeed, all of the above). I try to get to know the student's interests and aptitudes in order to find what the right approach is. Some people prefer a more traditional approach taht focuses on grammar and its application, others like to approach a language more playfully, want to get a feel for everyday culture and want their language skills to reflect that (by using idiomatic and colloquial language and approaching certain linguistic topics through social and cultural issues - including pop culture). I can cater for both.
