I am learning Spanish this coming semester. I'm really nervous about it. I'm not sure how much I can learn in a language setting, and I'd really like extra help. I'm going to take the third level this fall semester. I really need help hearing and speaking the language and with verb conjugations.
One of my goals is to read La Casa de los Espiritus, in Spanish.
I just want to 'put my feelers out' to see if anyone is available this fall with extra homework help. I can probably dedicate an hour or two to lessons.
I hope my teacher is a patient person who has a lot of knowledge about her or his subject.

I would like to learn Amharic for many reasons. First, we are going to adopt a son from Ethiopia and this is his language. He will be between 3 and 4 when he comes to live in the US and has a vocabulary of several hundred words. I want to be able to understand what he says and help him to retain his native language as he learns English.
S econd, I would like to be able to communicate with his current caregivers and with others as we travel in Ethiopia.

Hi, my name is Pilar and I from from Peru. My family and I live in California.
My child is who wants to learn French, she is 13 and she speaks Spanish and English.
She took ten hours French lesson in-site last July, and she is really interested in learning French.
I decided it's better for her schedule to have French lesson on line from now on.
I'd like she takes French the whole year at least 2 classes per week, and in summer break (June, July, August) 3 times per week. If it is possible one of the classes in the week could be on saturday or sunday.
Can I have one demo class?
