Hello, I am interested in learning to speak Portuguese as I have an opportunity to live in Portugal and need to learn to communicate with others. I would be a 'beginner' in terms of learning as I do not speak a word of Portuguese. I would be able to dedicate once a week for lessons although unsure what is standard in terms of lesson lenghth ie:one hour, two hours per week? I'd like to learn to speak relatively fluent Portugese, able to have a conversation with others with ease. I am looking for a teacher who will have patience, professionali sm and an easy going personality. I am dedicated to learning this language and will take lessons seriously. There are three or four of us in the office that would like to learn Brazilian Portuguese. We have a business in Brazil and it would be very helpful for us to be able to speak the language.
