I recently spent over a year and a half in India visiting family. Although I was able to manage by communicating in English, my time there would have been more enjoyable and stress-free had I been able to read and converse in Hindi. More doors and opportunities would have been opened for me.

I am looking for a teacher who is patient and has a good understanding of Hindi. Although I would like to learn Hindi from the very basics, the Devanagri script, I am more concerned about becoming conversationa lly fluent in Hindi as quickly as possible.

I have interest in learning Hindi, because of my fionce. My native language is Russian, and also I am fluent in English.
Thi s is going to be my very first experience in learning Hindi, thus my knowledge in this subjest equals 0:)
I want to learn Hindi not because of academical requirements but due to personal reasons, so I am more interested in conversationa l Hindi.
