I am functional in Chinese and looking to maintain/impr ove my fluency and expand my vocabulary. I have studied Chinese for three years, including one semester in China and know about 1500-2000 characters.
I would like to meet 2-4 hours per week in the evening or on the weekend for oral practice and vocabulary building.

Hi, I am looking for someone who could teach me conversationa l Hebrew. I intend to take a trip to Israel this summer and I was hoping by the time I get there, I could speak enough Hebrew to get by. I am learning five languages right now and Hebrew is one of them. I have been using the Pimsleur teaching method at the moment coz I don't have anyone who could teach me Hebrew one on one yet. So, I was hoping if someone could get hold of me as soon as possible and let me know about how much they charge, their availability, etc. Thank you very much and hope to hear from someone very soon. I'm a total beginer in Thai so I have everything to learn! I'm generally very interested in languages and I'll be entering in a linguistic undergraduate program in Fall 2008.
What I am most worried with Thai is the pronounciatio n and reading since the grammar seems to be extremely easy for someone's who's native language is French.
I would like to have private classes or in a small group if possible

I already tried the pimsleur method. But studying alone and with a cd is not always easy. I am ready to put all the efforts it takes to study this language and need some flexibility from my teacher. But I am also flexible.
I can dedicate 3 hours or more per week.
But first of all, I need to know how much will cost a lesson.
