We are a small group of adults having studied Italian with tutors for almost two years. Our tutor suddenly informs us that she is not going to teach any more and we are desperate to find a tutor. Please is anyone out there? We are wishing to improve our conversationa l Italian. We have been having one weekly session with a tutor and we have all spent a great deal of time on home studies. We seek a tutor who is reliable with the gift of being able to pass on knowledge to an eager group of dedicated people.

I am a beginner. I have a few books that I have just started but feel I would do better is I had someone to wearn from.
I am learning Punjabi becuase my partners family origniates from Punjab. When I visit I would like to be able to understand/co mpunicate without always resorting to them speaking English.
I work long hours so lessons would have to be either evening of preferably weekends.

I have been learning Czech on and off for approximately 3 years. I have also visited the Czech Republic on six occassions. I would describe my level as beginner, my knowlege of vocabulary is better than my grammar. Although I am a beginner I really love the Czech language and culture. I am familiar with certain elements of Czech culture such as the film Kolya, music by Karel Kryl and Daniel Landa, many of the famous Czech sports stars and of course the famous Czech beers.
My aim is to be able to communicate in more depth when I visit the Czech Republic. Meeting and communicating with new people is a real incentive to study.
I am 26 and have just finnished my MA degree in Museum Studies and now have more time to commit to learning Czech.

Doing a PhD based in Manchester University in Thai culture, need a teacher for the next year for 1 or 2 language lessons a week. Already have an intermediate level of the language (have lived and studied in Bangkok for 2 years already) and can read well. Need lessons to help further my research and career.
