I am a beginner and wishing to take lessons due to enrolling on a conservation project in Xi'an next summer. I am looking to gain an understanding of the language so that I can survive and pick up on more whilst I am out there. My grammatical knowledge is not that good and something I would be keen on developing. I would be looking to take one lesson in an evening a week, starting in Januray. I have recently bought a property in Bulgaria. I am keen to develop a basic understanding of Bulgarian to allow basic conversation in shops, restaurants etc.
I work full time so am only able to have lessons in the evening. Ideally this would take place at my home (north london) for an hour or two maximum once a week.
