I want to learn because some family lives in Italy and I would like to be able to communicate with them. I can dedicate a an hour or two in the afternoon on weekdays or weekends.

Hello,
My name is Sarah MacLeod, and I am a 25 year old female looking for an Italian language teacher. I would definetely be a beginner in this language. I am half Italian, and was ALWAYS interested in taking lessons to learn italian so I can speak and interact with my relatives. I am also looking to travel to Italy in the future, therefore the language would be very beneficial. I work full time, but would be available evenings and weekends. I would like to learn Italian until I felt comfortable with the language enough to hold up a decent conversation and be able to recognize most words.
