Hello,
My name is Tonya and I would like to learn conversationa l italian. I am a school teacher in Mississauga and have been teaching for 8 years. I usually teach at the intermediate level (grade 7/8).
I have always wanted to learn italian because I am in fact part italian (on my father's side). More recently, however, I am contemplating teaching abroad for the following school year. My first choice of places to teach is Italy. I think it would be an amazing experience but also a little scary with the language barrier.
I am looking for a teacher who has obviously a lot of patience and also someone who can speak italian very well.
I think I would like to start off by having one lesson/week and then play it by ear.

Two of my friends and I are looking to learn Korean. We are not of Korean descent but are very interested in learning the language and about the culture. We are absolute beginners, knowing a bit of the alphabet and a few words. We want to focus on learning conversationa l Korean but would also like to learn the grammar and how to write. We are looking for lessons once a week that would go for one or two hours. Our only concern is about where classes will take place because we will have to take public transit to get to them and are not allowed to go too far.
