I want to learn Spanish because I wish to travel to Central or South America. Also, I am in the field of international development and anthropology and so learning a language such as Spanish opens career opportunities to me.
I have no proficiency in the language, but I have learned a more challenging foreign language in the past: Hindi.
I am able to dedicate several hours a week to learning Spanish. I really want to learn.

I go to Banglaadesh once a year to do volunteer work. I would like to learn Bengali to improve my ability to communicate whoile I am in Bangladesh. I am at a beginner level.
