Good Morning,
I was surfing the net and I stumbled across this website. I am very interested in learning Serbian. I have been with my boyfriend for almost 5 years and he is Serbian whereas I am from the Caribbeans (Trinidad) which, our national language is English. So I was never introduced to any other leanguage. I tried learning the language through him and on my own but time is always a factor. His parents do speak alittle bit of English but, sometimes it is hard to communicate towards one another. Especially his grandmother who doesn't speak a word of English only, German and Serbian. I believe I know the basic. For example saying how are you 'Kako ste?', I am good-'Dobro', things like that but, my goal is to be able to not only speak the language but to as well be able to read and write too. I am willing to dedicate myself to this lessons if they will help me out tremendously. My preference for a teacher on teaching me Serbian is somebody who is willing to take the time and make me understand what needs to be know about the Serbian language. Through my boyfriend I am quite familair with the Serbian history so I am comfortable with that aspect but, when it comes to the language I need help. My Wife comes from South America (Chile to be exact). I would love to learn my wife's primary language so I may communicate with her family and use it to it's full potential when I often visit South America. I am a beginner only knowing very basic words. I am looking to improve my Spanish to to carry conversations with others. I would like a teacher who is patient and easy to approach, making it comfortable and fun to learn the language.

Hi, my name is Jora Kuner, and I wish to learn to speak Punjabi fluently enough to speak in conversations . I have very little experience or proficiency in the language, even though I am Punjabi by heritage. I need help with all areas of the language, from pronunciation to grammer and vocabulary. If possible, I would like to spend 1 or 2 hours a day, 5 days a week to learn it fluently. I am looking for a teacher that is eager to help me learn the language and hopefully has some background in the language as well. I am serious about learning and will do everything possible to reach my goal of improvement because I wish to get in touch with my Punjabi heritage once more. I wish to learn Spanish as I intend to travel in Central America for six weeks in September/Oct ober 2010 and would like to have some Spanish before I travel. Ultimately, after this I would like to build on the experiences from my travels and further continue to learn Spanish.
I did a six week course in Spanish in 2002 but have not studied any Spanish since.
I would like to spend two evenings a week learning Spanish initially and would be open to learning in groups or individually.
