I would like to learn korean because I plan on going there for vacation in 2 years with some friends and I don't want to become that one guy who is a 'foreigner' or the guy that can't speak. I would say I am a level below beginner. I need improvement in all area, but I am most concerned in conversationa l skills. I am very interested in lerning the German language. My mom recently moved to Germany to lived with my step father who never knew how to speak english. so, I decided to learn the language for him and for me to be able to converse with the local once I visit them. Hi Teacher,
I have a broken heart and I thought that it might be fun to learn a bit of Gaelic to put together a few songs that tell my story... well, it's okay if it is a lot of made up words, but I'd like to get the important ones right and a feel for the language.
I don't have much to spend on this and I can't say I'm the most committed of students but I thought there might be someone out there willing to help me muddle my way through... I met a bride and her friends in Galway one evening and I can assure you from the experience that despite their wonderful attempts and encouragement I was utterly incapable of uttering anything that wasn't worth more than a good laugh.
