I personally choosing to learn the German language for my own interest (benefit) in it. I eventually will use it as new developed oral skill. I would consider myself as rookie (beginner) as this moment in time, but eventually it won't be like that for too long. I honestly need improvement on knowing how to use the proper gender rules at the right time. As well as verb conjugations and knowing where to exactly place certain words.I'm willing to dedicate 2 days per week consistently with quality practice sessions.I'm currently looking for a German mentor (teacher) who can help me develop my orals (German) skills to the best of ability. I would prefer him or her to be a native or even a very well polished German speaker, Someone that can explain very well the rules of the German language as well.

Hello! I am looking to move to Germany in the next few months in order to attend a German University. I am a dedicated student and would love to find a teacher available for 1 to 2 lessons a week for the foreseeable future! I majored in Germanic and Slavic Languages (German, Russian, Beginners Polish and Bosnian/Croat ian/Serbian) and Middle Eastern Studies(Arabi c). I'm also interested in European Portuguese. I graduated six years ago and I have nearly forgotten everything. I've had no opportunity to practice and it's really wreaked havoc on my language skills. I would say at one point I was near-Fluent in German and Russian and Advanced in Modern Standard Arabic...but really now it's back to beginners with Arabic... then beginner level with Polish, BCS, and Portuguese(Ab solute)...and barely intermediate with German and Russian. Conversation! Conversation! Conversation! How to speak more like a native, not so textbook! I'm nervous...and I've always been, but with no practice, I'm EXTREMELY nervous, but I want to work pass that. Well outside of tutoring, I'd like to study some everyday, but about maybe 1-2 hours of tutoring per language a week! I suppose someone who is reliable and fun, and helps me learn the language through various methods. I'm 32 and I'd like someone who can relate to me at that age and my general interest. I'm fun loving and sociable, so I'd like my lessons to mirror that as much as possible. I'd also like someone who is patient and won't make TOO much fun if I mess it up!
