I would like to learn Arabic as a second language for a few reasons:
-I have a love for all languages.
-My name is of Arabic origin
-I have friends that speak the language as well, and I just want to be able to have conversations with them.
My Best friend is studying in Quatar, and I would love to be able to communicate with her on about the same level when she returns to the states.
I am definitely a beginner. I would like to dedicate at least 2 hours a week or more to my language lessons.
I consider myself a quick learner, so I am looking for a teacher who is proficient in the language and can start me off slow but recognize when its time to change the pace. I also need a teacher who offers flexible evening or weekend sessions and has reasonable prices and/ or price plans.

I want to learn foreign languages because I have always had a passion for things that our unique and different. My goal is to be fluent in as many languages as I can, I am currently in college and want to obtain more knowledge of what my career obtains. My career choice is to get a bachelors degree in theology and history and then obtain my Masters degree in foreign service to one day be an Ambassador for a country abroad. I know by taking the first step in learning the languages I am passionate about, I will reach my goal much faster in the future. I am a beginner regarding the language I have chosen. I would like to devote atleast three times a week to learning the language, also my native language is English so I would hopefully have a teacher who can also speak English and Arabic,and preferably any other languages that they know, and who is also hands own with their teaching.

I would like to learn Arabic because I am actively seeking employment in the U.A.E. and would like to have as much opportunity as possible. I also feel that it would benefit me to the know the language to be able to interact with the people when I move there. I have no previous experience and am very much a beginner. I feel like I would need to be able to speak and read the language the most. I am willing to dedicate as much time as is needed to learn the language. (10+ hours a week). I am looking for a teacher who enjoy to teach and is willing to work as a fast paced learning schedule.
