I am a linguisics major, but my university doesn't offer all the languages I want to learn. I learn foreign languages both as a hobby and as a way to keep my linguistic ability from wasting away. I am always learning, and want to keep it that way.
I speak Japanese with near-fluency, Intermediate German, Beginning Italian, and have learned a few basic words and phrases in Russian.
I learn *very* quickly. I am not exaggerating- it is simply the truth (I learned Japanese 101 in three hours).
I can faithfully reproduce an accent after about two to four hours practice.
I am only looking to improve in Russian at this time, and I have writing fairly nailed down. I know a few greetings, but not much beyond that. I have not learned much grammar or sentence structure yet. To sum it all up, I am looking for a Russian Course from the ground up.
Time is not an issue for me. I routinely spend most of a day on my language studies, and I don't bore easily with languages. In short, bring it on. I welcome the challenge.

I would like to improve my fluency in German. I studied it at the University level and have spent time in Germany as a student and intern, but have had no formal classes since I graduated in 2008. I would say my level is around intermediate. I need the most improvement on speaking and writing, while my reading is pretty solid. I am currently a law student, so my free time is limited, but I am looking for about 1 or 2 hours per week of lessons.

I am fascinated by languages and my goal is to learn to speak as many languages as I can in my life time. I have studied several languages but the one I am focusing on right now is German. I took a year at the community college level and I have been on and off since then. Unfortunately there isn't much available in terms of intermediate/ advanced German classes so I am seeking a tutor than can help me on my journey.
