I am learning Hebrew because I am interested in the language and Israel. I would like to visit Israel again, and eventually be proficient in Hebrew. I would say I am at a upper beginner level to lower intermediate currently. I need to improve my listening, speaking, and vocabulary skills. I would like to dedicate at least a couple of hours a week to lessons. I am currently a student about to begin my last year of undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia. After graduation, I am planning to study in Morocco to obtain my certification to teach English as a second language. I chose to study in Morocco because I have a few friends who will be living there, but I do not know a word of Arabic or French! English is my native language, and I am very nearly fluent in Spanish, but I am a complete beginner in Moroccan Arabic.
I am hoping to take lessons from a patient teacher who speaks Moroccan Arabic specifically, and I am comfortable either joining a small class or having private lessons.
