Conversational mandarin Chinese level.
Studied at Beijing Language and Culture University for one semester in 2007.
Readin g and speaking level roughly the same.
Look ing to continue my Mandarin studies while working in Tokyo in order to prepare for possible future move back to Beijing.
I f possible, I'd like two one hour lessons a week with one on a weekday night after 6pm and one on a weekend.
T he ideal teacher will be from Beijing, have teaching experience, speak English or Japanese(but never use it in class),have patience (ie; not answer for the student, but let the student think out his/her statements out).
An acceptable teacher would be from Northeast China, have little teaching experience, not speak English or Japanese.

Hello - I would like an opportunity to improve and enhance my level of Chinese - Mandarin both written and vocab.
My proficiency level is somewhere between intermediate to high but my vocab is very poor.
I would like to improve my reading, writing and vocab skills. Intially I would like to spend perhaps 3-4 hours a week to begin with.
I would prefer learning from a female native Mandarin speaker with good communication al skills in English- I would like her to be prepared and set me goals, assignements etc for me to reach if possible please.
I would like to use Mandarin for both everyday usage and Business if possible.
