I am an Iraqi-Kurd. I understand Faily kurdish but do not speak it. I would like to have lessons in converstaiona l kurdish. At the moment I wish to concentrate on the speaking and may progress to the reading/writi ng pending progress.
As I have a young family, I would a little bit of flexiblity with regards to cancellation/ postponing of lessons.

I'm interested in learning different language. Is for my own knowlegde. I have a zero basic in Korean language. i'm ok with the time as long as i can learn how to read, write and speak well. I prefer a teacher that stay near and the tutors fees are not that expensive.

I have studied 4 languages in a serious academic setting and hence have a solid understanding of many of the mechanics. This being said, I have no exposure or experience whatever with Kurdish.
The reason for my interest is that I am working for a firm that has long term business interests in the Kurdish Region of northern Iraq. I am working on some of the projects for that reagion and hence would benefit significantly from exposure/prof iciency in the language.
I would probably most benefit from 1 to 2 meetings per week of an hour or two each so that I could maximize the amount of home-study and minimize my expense.
Finally, I would probably most benefit from a conversationa l type approach with academic resources that I could work on in between meetings. My past language experience has led me to believe that the only way I will comprehensive ly grasp and retain a language is through natural applied use, not merely academic or intellectual understanding and memorization.
