I am a beginner in spanish who can basically get by when in a foreign country, i.e. ordering food, asking basic questions, asking for a place to stay, etc. I can understand a good amount of conversation but am unable to articulate my thoughts back. I have some understanding of vocabulary and verb conjugation which allow me to read basic spanish, i.e. maps, hotel info, websites etc.
I'd like to learn Spanish b/c I would ultimately like to travel and perhaps one day work in South America; however, my most pressing needs are the fact that I am visiting Spain in late August (4 mths from now) and would like to be able to improve my conversationa l skills.
I could probably dedicate about 3-5 hrs a week; the main qualities I'm looking for in a teacher are someone who understands different learning styles, is able to understand my learning needs, and who pushes me to improve (i.e. will not revert to English when I'm struggling, will push me with homework, etc.)

My name is michelle and i want to learn spanish because i have been fasinated by it since i went 10 yrs ago to spain. I haven't had any teaching in this langauge before. Also my current boyfriend is from dominican Republic and speaks very little english though he is learning english i feel i should also learn spanish. i will dedicate as much time as possible to learning.

Hello,
I would like to learn turkish and so i am a beginner. I want to learn that languish because i watch alot of shows that ae translated from turquish to serian, and i would like to watch the real version and understand as well. Also, that language interests me. I need help in probably everything i am a FRESH beginner! I would like to learn for about around 2 hours every day of the weekend (saturday and sunday). I would like a teacher that knows what they are talking about and know how to teach a beginner! And that is nice and patient!
