I am learning hindi because I have to learn it for school, but my school doesn't offer hindi, so I have learn it after school, but my school will still assess me on it, so I need a teacher who knows how hindi is taught in schools. I am advanced in hindi understanding and speaking but beginner-inte rmideate in reading and writing, conversation and grammar.
I wish to have about 3 classes per week from timings ranging from 1.30 hours to 3 hours, depends on our schedules.

I have Taiwanese parents but I grew up speaking English so I want to start learning some Chinese although it might seem a bit late. And embarrassingl y, I am an absolute beginner. I would love to master reading and writing as well at some stage. At the moment 2 evenings a week and 2 hours each session should be ideal for me.

I have a degree in French and Spanish (from university in USA) but I haven't used the languages at all in 30 years. I started speaking Italian more fluently because of work.
I would really like to brush up my French as I will be going on a culinary holiday in Avignon in April, where you are taught by Michelin star chefs, and the course will be in French (with the option of a translator).
What I'm interested in is to brush up some of my grammar, practise speaking to get more fluent and to learn necessary vocabulary for use in the kitchen and, if possible,in the gourmet world.
I will need about 10 lessons and have limited time, so a flexible schedule would be great.
I would like a teacher who is fun and easy going but who is also highly qualified, especially in teaching conversation.
