I have albanian heritage but have never had the chance to learn the language. I am an absolute beginner so I need to start from the basics.

I am a Masters student and will be doing research in areas that I will more comfortable if I know Tagalog. I will be a beginner - I have studied Spanish in the past. I would like to have class 5 hours per week. I would like my teacher to be patient, positive and knowledgable with teaching this language. I am currently attending the Univ of Washington and am also wondering if there is anyway to get the class accredited for college credit there.
