I have completed the 1st Pimsleur Comprehensive Course and have repeated it 3 times. I have completed the Rosetta Stone Persian CD1. I am also married to an Iranian woman who I have been practising my Farsi with. I also spent 2 months in Iran last year, so I am familiar with some culture and customs.
I began learning Farsi in late 2006 and am very ambitious in becoming fluent. My wife is fluent of course, but is not a teacher. Learning Farsi is important to me so as I become closer with her extended family and I am drawn to the poetry of the language itself. One to 2 hours a day is the time I would love to dedicate for study.
Conversationa l Farsi at the fluent level is my realistic aim. I already have a communicable knowledge of the langauge in the absolute essentials, but my knowledge of verbs (eg. mikhondid, migiram etc) needs to be greatly enhanced aswell as my use of them. So a teacher who will help me with this is at least one aspect I am looking for.

I am a beginner at learning Japanese. I am currently attempting to teach myself at home. I have also made contact with a Japanese girl in Japan and I am conversing with her in hope to gain extra assistance in learning the language. I have always wanted to learn another language and I find Japanese to be a beautiful language when both spoken and written.
I will need assistance in all areas of learning Japanese. I would like to be able to meet with a tutor once a week/fortnigh t to guide me through my learning adventure.
I would like a tutor who is fun yet dedicated in passing on their skills in the Japanese language. I appreciate being critiqued and would like a teacher who is not afraid to do so. Any assistance that can be provided in aiding me learn Japanese would be greatly appreciated.
