When I was 13, I lived in Austria and became fluent in German. When I returned to the US, I took German for two years in high school. Since then, I have had little opportunity to use the language. In about 9 months from now, I will be going to Europe to obtain an MBA. I am hoping to gain employment in Europe and want to try to regain my German skills before I move there. My first priority is conversation. Second priority is proper grammar/writi ng skills.
I am flexible, but would prefer to have a tutor close in age to myself (someone in their 20's or 30's).

I am learning Hindi because my girlfriend is Indian, and I plan to be traveling and working in India frequently. I am a beginner. I know some very basic phrases, but not much about grammar and I have a very limited vocabulary. I would like to focus on conversation and speaking; grammar is particularly difficult for me.
I can only dedicate about an hour or an hour and half per week for lesson time, but I will be consistent and I would like to have exercises I can work on by myself in between, or written resources a tutor can point me to.
I would like a tutor who is organized, clear in his/her presentation, and someone who can direct me in a longer course of learning, and ensure that I am making steady progress. I would like someone who is willing to give me practice exercises in between lessons.
