For all three languages I want to learn, I am a complete beginner. However, I will work extra hard and be consistant as I really wish to learn them. I can only speak mandarin not read and write and I'm much better at Sichuan Hua. My english is fluent in both reading and writing.
I want to learn because it's an interest of mine and if I want to land a job in the future in asia, I believe it would be essential to know these languages. However, for now, I just have the want to learn more about the asian languages.
Time isn't a big factor for me and I could take lessons daily if needed. However, I'd much prefer a more laid back schedule as I'm currently in highschool and starting to look at colleges.
Qualities of lessons or teachers? Consistant. Patient. [and maybe a bit fun], but I don't mind strict teaching styles at all.
