I really would like to learn Persian because my father is from there but he does not live with me so he cannot teach me. I would like to visit Iran and other countries in the middle east. Though I was born here in Toronto, I've always had an appreciation for Persian culture. The people, the language, I am in awe of it all. Someday I would like to go back, and study poetry. I can understand simple dialogues, but am a very poor speaker. I would like to learn to read, write, speak, and understand the languages. I would like to dedicate at least 2 days a week to my lessons. Im looking for a teacher who is patient and is fluent in dialogue as well as familiar with poetry, music, and books. It is my dream and my passion to learn this language. I will be dedicated. In turn I need a teacher who is also passionate and dedicated. Thank You.

I would like to learn persian becuase i have man y friends who are persian and the language interests me.
I am a beginner dont know any persian at the moment. i would like to concentrate mainly on conversation skills. i would no mind if i get a lesson once a fortnight or once a week depending on cost and iam at uni so depending on my studies. I am not really lookin for any particular qualities in my teacher i get along with everyone and i dont really ask much except for carefactor on the teachers behalf.
