I would like to learn Sanskrit for two main reasons. I think this would help me in my preparation for future government examinations and also in the process discover this beautiful language.
I had earlier studied Sanskrit as my second language in school , but it was limited to learning by heart.
Classes during the weekends would be ideal.
By learning Sanskrit now, I hope to able to converse reasonably in Sanskrit and also need to know the grammar perfectly. Also I would look to gain enough exposure in order to be able to enjoy the rich literature in Sanskrit.

I have never studied Sanskrit, so definitely at the beginner level. Language and its origins have always interested me, and I find Sanskrit particularly intriguing. I would like to learn its vocabulary and grammar. I can dedicate 5-10 hours a week. Looking for a teacher that is enthusiastic and knowledgeable both in the language, its origins and historical context.
