Need to learn more languages for my future possibilities , deep intereset in Chinese language, visitng China, culture, meditations.

I've taken 4 semesters of Mandarin in a US college already, and I do not want to lose what I have learned. I should be at an Intermediate level however I believe I have forgotten most of what I have learned. I am a native french speaker that have already learned english and spanish in the previous years. Now I want a new big challenge, learning Mandarin!
Why I want to learn mandarin? First because it will be usefull for me in a future career in international marketing. Second, I am going to Asie from January to September 2010 and I might visit China for a few weeks. I want to be able to at least communicate basically with the Chinese people. Finally, I am actually working with Chinese and Montreal and I would like to be able to talk a bit to them in Mandarin.
I am a complete beginner so I am looking for an introduction course to Mandarin language, especially the speaking. I am not very flexible in the availabilitie s but I wish to find a teacher that could offer me lessons in small group about 3 to 5 hours per week, once or twice a week from now to end of December.
