I have a background in Chinese since i used to study in a Chinese School so I'm pretty aware of how to pronounce, write (strokes) chracters and numbers. No, I know very few chinese characters but i have the background to be able to learn and pronounce them already. I would like to learn how to speak chinese because i would like to pick up from where i left and i would like to use it as a tool to help me in the future in terms of college and career. I can dedicate an hour to my language lessons everyday for a year see to it that i will learn how to speak and- if possible -write. I am looking for a determined teacher :) and also a patient one. it must be a woman and her method should be an effective one so that we meet the objective of what am suppose to learn each day.Thank you.

Currently our requirement for Nihongo Training is as follows:
1) Level 4 Training - (150 Hours) / ( 2 participants)
- basic elements of grammar, knowledge on around 200 kanji and 900 vocabulary words or more, has the ability to engage in simple conversation and read and write short, simple sentences (hiragana, katakana, kanji). Completion of the first half of an elementary course.
a) Option 1 (Training Venue: Makati)
- We would like to take the training there at your Center in Makati. (M-W-F) 6-9 PM or any schedule within weekdays 6-9 PM / 5-8PM
- Kindly advise if this is possible.
b) Option 2 (Rohm Office, Alabang)
- Sensei will conduct Training here at our office
- Schedule will be (M-W-F) 6-9 PM / 5-8PM
**** Training Schedule: May 3rd Week - November-2nd Week
** this schedule is requested so that the trainees of Level 4 can participate in the upcoming examination for Level 4 under JLPT (Japanese-Lan guage Proficiency Test) on Dec-2006.
***** Budget: 20 - 25K est. (per student)

my proficiency level is avarage, i can speak English but i still want to be more fluent, not just only in speaking, but also in writing. I need to learn foreign language especially English language because it is most needed in every company i wish to apply. I want to improve my grammar, conversation and of course writing. 2 hours maximum time, every Saturday. I want to learn a second language, either French or Spanish because I have plans of studying abroad maybe in the next year. I know basic Spanish but cannot speak and understand fully. I want to be prepared as early as now. I would appreciate it if the classes were held near the vicinity of my village. However, I can also adjust to the teacher's preference. About the time dedicated to this course shall depend on the schedule agreed upon. I want to be able to converse fully and read and write as well if possible.
