I am a beginner, however, I do have some experience with the language (present tense/past tense/futur conjugations, basic noun declensions a 200-300+ word vocabulary). I have learned this on my own, with limited success, and wish to improve my overal grasp of the language. I am a philosophy major and I wish to continue my studies at the doctoral level in German philosophy. I am looking for a grammar intensive eductaion (I find that is how I learn langauges best), with an emphasis on text analysis. I am looking for a native speaker with a comprehensive understanding of German grammer. I am looking to spend 1hr per week in lessons with as much homework as possible.

I only know the basic 'Hello' and 'How are you'. My mother is completely fluent in Spanish, and has taught me words here and there, but I as well would like to be fluent.
Essential ly, I will need improvement in every area, but I would specifically like to become a good conversationa list, and to absolutely understand someone who is speaking spanish (in all dialects/acce nts). I am also a student, and I would like to do some travelling in Spanish speaking countries.
I would like to dedicate a couple nights a week, perhaps 2 hour sessions? I have no idea how it would work, but I am open to anything!
I am looking for a patient and kind teacher, who has a good ear and will hopefully be fun!
