Hey Everyone,
I want to improve my Korean so that I can better understand and be more engaged in conversing with my family and adults. I've grown up speaking to my parents in broken Korean. I can read characters but my vocabulary is very minimal. I wish for my teacher to be flexible during the week and weekend to set up 2-3 lessons in 2 hr sessions. I am not just looking for a speaking partner but for someone who has a set guide/curricu lum in which we can progress starting from the very basics so that I can build a good foundation for speaking, reading and writing. Thank you.

Hello,
I am interested in learning to speak, read and write Korean. I am also interested in learning about the culture as well but most importantly want to learn to speak the language. I have not yet begun to learn anything so I would very much be a beginner! I would be learning everything from scratch. I am interested in starting out slow, maybe an hour a week and would be interested in communicating via email or phone at times but am definitely looking for some face to face time at least some of the time. I am looking to learn from a Native speaker please.

I am a college student majoring in International Relations, with a regional specializatio n in Eastern Asia. I am studying Japanese as part of this major, and Chinese as part of my minor field of study. I cannot study Korean at my College, so I have started trying to learn it on my own, with limited success.
