Hi, My name is Christine, I was born in Norway but immigrated to Australia with my family when I was very young. My parents way of learning english was to speak only english at home so my brothers and I have lost what little we knew.
The last time I visited relatives in Oslo I started to pick up the language again after a few weeks (almost at the end of my trip), however this time I would like to get a head start and be able to speak Norwegian more confidently and hold a conversation with my family from the time I get there.
I am leaving for Norway early next year at th end of January so I'm looking for someone to teach me the basics and to hold conversations with for an hour or so each week. It's lost in my mind there somewhere and only need to be brought back to the surface again LOL

I am joining my family in Norway and before I go there at least I want to have knowledge already in Norwegian language. I am still a beginner on this language. My husband and I are interested in learning Norwegian as we want to move to Norway as soon as we find suitable work there. I am an English teacher and my husband a doctor (endocrinolog ist). We are at beginner level and we'd like to take the Norwegian language tests to certify our knowledge. We'd like to practise all skills.
We have a year-old baby boy and thus are available for lessons after bedtime appoximately after 9:30 pm.
We'd like our tutor to be organised, prompt, efficient and make lessons as interesting and interactive as possible.
We are very commmitted and eager to meet the tutor (online) and discuss the details of the lessons.
