My name is Bella, I have been learning Mandarin Chinese for about a year with a private teacher, who recently left Malaysia. I am able to carry on a simple conversation, but still have difficulty with the tones. I would consider myself an advanced beginner. I don not read the characters, only use pinyin. I am looking for a native speaker who would be willing to give myself and my 9-year old son private lessons once or twice a week. My son has been taking Mandarin at school as well as privately. On your website I saw a teacher, Ziwei Ao, who listed Damansara Heights as the location. We live in Damansara Heights as well. Thank you in advance for contacting me as soon as possible.
