I have learnt a little bit of Thai already and would like to become more familiar with the Language as I have a Girlfriend who lives in Thailand and we are planning to marry in the future, It is my aim to be able to hold a conversation with her Parents and be able to speak and write the Language
I have done about 3 Months Lessons with a Teacher from Chaing Mai over the internet on Skype, but feel I would benefit more with a person to person type situation.
O ver the Three months I was doing one hour lessons three times a week, I would be able to spend a similar time if not more if it was in a classroom/hom e situation.
I am not looking for any particular qualities in my teacher other than being patient and understanding of there student

I wish to learn thai because my mother heritage is Thai and as a child i grew up in Laos. My proficiency level is advance however I proficient reading and writing skills. The amount of time i am willing to spend is about an hour to two per week. The qualities that I seek are persistency and having an high expectation for me.
