My name is Derren and I have studied Hungarian and German off and on for a number of years. A couple of years ago I studied Hungarian for a few months via online chat and that worked really well for me. I'd like to study 2 or 3 times a week at 7AM Eastern Daylight Time for the next few months.
My Hungarian level is probably a little better than Beginner, and my German is probably approaching Intermediate. I would like to find a tutor who could work with me on both, but one tutor for each would be fine as well.
Voca bulary is a strength, but grammar is a weakness for me.

My fiance and I are both native English speakers and would like to learn Hindi. My Dad grew up in Mysore, married an American woman and raised his kids in the US. We never learned any of the languages that the rest of my family in India speaks. I have traveled to India a number of times to visit my family throughout my life, but would LOVE to be able to surprise them by talking with them in Hindi. Also, my fiance and I would like to live in India for a year or so with our (future) kids.
We live in Baltimore City (East 33rd St) in a house and are happy to drive to a group class, have a teacher come to our house, or even try lessons online via chat/video conferencing.
We are both complete beginners and would like to take classes once or twice per week. We would like to eventually be conversationa lly proficient, be able to watch Hindi movies, and (long-term) be able to read/write eventually.
We are looking for a teacher who will be patient with our struggles learning a new language. We will definitely practice outside of class time and would be open to homework in-between classes.

I am learning Ukrainian in order to be able to speak with my boyfriend's family. His grandparents on both sides, and all aunts/uncles/ cousins, can speak Ukrainian.
Currently I know the alphabet and a few greetings.
Every area needs advancement. I would like to focus on the basics at first.
I would like to have one language session, and then from there I will judge if it is efficient enough to continue. I hope to have lessons every week if all works out positively.
I am looking for a teacher who is patient, understanding , and willing to work with my school schedule when setting up lesson times.
