I'm an upper intermediate / advanced Mandarin language speaker, and have studied intensive Mandarin in Taipei for over a year. I will be moving to Shanghai in January for work, and want to improve my verbal fluency before moving there. I don't want to spend time focused on reading, since my reading is currently much better than my speaking ability.
I travel frequently for work, so need some scheduling flexibility. Weekends are likely the best time for me, although I'm also interested in exploring the idea of doing video conferenced lessons during weekdays. Ideally, I'd like to spend 2-4 hours a week in lessons.
I 'd like to find a tutor for private instruction who has experience teaching students at an intermediate/ advanced level. Some business background would be helpful, but not critical, since I also have an interest in business Chinese.

I have a background in Mandarin since I graduated from ICA, Greenhills. My family speaks Fookien at home. Basically, I can understand people speaking in Manadarin but I can't articulate myself well.
I would like to perfect my Mandarin since it is an edge in the hospitality industry and also for personal gain.
I need to improve in my grammar, right usage of words, and vocabulary.
