My name is Amy. My primary interest in Korean is because I want to be able to communicate with my family in laws who are Koreans. They do not speak English well, so I thought by learning will help me communicate with them better. In addition, I find Korean very interesting and it would be very useful with my work since my coworkers are mostly Korean. I'm looking forward to learning from a professional Korean teacher.

I love Korea. I began learning the Korean language a few years back from a friend's mother and since then its been my favorite thing and honestly is more important to me than any of my other studies. I am not a beginner but I don't think have reached intermediate yet, my vocabulary is minimal. I need work with conversation, I don't know if I'd say a lot of grammar, but I know I can pick that up easily. I want to dedicate as much time as I can to Korean, but I am very busy and sometimes that may end up not being that much. I really need a teacher that will promote me to speak.
