My intention is to possibly live in Barcelona where my new partner is a native.

My father has just married a Czech woman and they will be living in the Czech republic. I am planning to visit them late in 2006, and though Marika speaks english, I would like to be able to communicate with her in her own language. I am interested in developing a basic conversationa l ability from a beginners level.
I will leave it to any perspective teacher to advise me on how much time I will need to spend on lessons/pract ice.

I lived in Japan for a year in 2001, & have studied the language right through out my high school years.
Right now I am working in the Corporate Travel Industry & would really love to updated my Japanese.
