I am learning dutch because I want to understand at least one foreign language and should in case I want to travel out in future. I am a beginner. I will want to dedicate at least 3 hours to my language lessons and at least 3 days in a week. My teacher should be fluent in the language. He or she should have a very good method of teaching and he or she should be able to differentiate between fast leaner and slow learner.
