I would rather learn to speak mandarin than doing nothing after office hrs. Also It gives me interest since I frequently travel in Asia.
I dont have background in any dialect in Chinese although my husband is a chinese.
I want to learn the basic languages that usually we encounter everyday.
I will give full attention, it would be within two hours or three
I prefer teacher who can compel with his/her student, like being flexible and have enough patience specially for me beginner.
