I am interested in learning Pashto language because I will be going to southern Afghanistan in the next six months. I would like to have at least a little conversationa l understanding of the language by then. My level is beginner, although I have looked at a couple of self study course and have been confused by discrepancies in some words and pronunciation s. I would really like a teacher who has knowledge of the different dialects of the Afghanistan regions. I work full time and will only be able to take this on part time.

I am attempting to learn to speak and understand Dari. Ideally, I would love to read and write as well but I am limited with time.
I will be going to Afghanistan in 6 months and I am planning on taking Rosetta Stone course in Dari but would like private lessons once a week or every other week.
