I would like to visit Poland someday and I consider the Polish language to be very beautiful. I have recently leared a bit of Polish from the first 10 lessons of Pimsleur's Basic Polish language system. I would like to strengthen my grammar skills and would be willing to work as long as it takes to improve my Polish while working with any type of schedule with the teacher.

I had always been interested in the Japanese language. I want to learn it for fun and for survival purposes (as weird as it might sound) because I plan to live in Japan to attend school there, so I would need to learn the language to find my way around without being oblivious.
Right now I am only a beginner, although I've only learned about 5 phrases.
I hope to first use the weekends to learn the language (because of schoolwork).
Lastly, I would like my teacher to be easy going and outgoing.

I am a lawyer with a firm in downtown Dallas. I live just west of downtown in a beautiful residential area called Kessler Park. I have studied Italian off and on for 5 or 6 years and have learned a good bit, but need to take it to the next level if possible. I travel to Italy once or twise a year. Ideally, I would like to find an Italian college student in the Dallas area and meet him at my house on weekends for lessons. I would plan to pay something like $20 per hour for, say, three hours on a Saturday morning. Something like that.

studied thee semesters at DeAnza College, studied at a UC Santa Cruz extension class for one semester, studied with a tutor for a few months, went to Italy and spoke the language for a month. I am VERY rusty and do not know where I am with my knowledge.
I would love to be fluent if possible. I am learning the language because I love it, I am a painter who studies classical realism, the traditional italinan approach, and I name my paintings in italian. I will dedicate what is necessary but I do need to paint everyday and most of the day. I need a teacher who is good of course and fun to learn with.
