I am interested in learning Portuguese (particularly Brazilian protuguese) solely for personal interest. I can speak minimally, and already speak some French and Spanish which helps with learning. Hello.
I am an adult, looking for an instructor for after school, and/or Sat, to begin learning Mandarin Chinese together with my two sons, ages 13 and 14. We would like to learn Chinese for many reasons, including communicating in the future with Chinese language speakers in school, business and in society.
W e are beginners with no background in Chinese so we would like a strong foundation. An effective teacher with experience and success in teaching Chinese will work best. It is helpful to find an instructor who is interesting and patient, while being effective. This is a long term goal for us to become proficient speakers and writers of Chinese.
