Proficiency - unsure but a little more than beginner. I have some reading/compr hension abilty.
Re asons - work related reasons; also I'm korean so I feel I should know more than my current level.
Are as - all areas can be improved but I'd prefer emphasis on speaking/comm unication if possible.
Time - once per week would be ok to start. I'd prefer one on one instruction in classroom setting if possible.
Teacher Qualities - someone with a good/effectiv e way to teach language.

I have studied Korean language for only 3 years but it was at a Korean Church. I haven't been able to practice but still love the language & would like to keep up the language. Also I was hurt on my job & have to look into another position & I figure I could combine what I already love to do into a new career in the gov.
