Hello,
My name is AR, and I am interested in learning Nepali. I have spent the past year trying to learn vocabulary and simple expressions from language books and CDs, and I have personal contact with several Nepali speakers, but I would love to begin studying more formally.
My main interest in Nepali is personal/recr eational, but I am hoping that my skills will improve to an extent that will allow me to travel to Nepal teach English in some area of the country.
I am at the beginner level now, and so I needs lots of improvement with vocabulary and conversation. The amount of time I can dedicate to lessons will depend on the teacher's schedule corresponding with my schedule, but I could for now say two days a week for an hour or two at a time.
I am a teacher myself, so know that a good teacher is reliable, enthusiastic, and patient, and so I hope to find these qualities in my future teacher!

I am seeking a Vietnamese language teacher for my two children, ages 8 and 9. I would prefer private lessons in my home but am flexible as well. Ideally, classes will be once a week (Sunday am preferred) for 2-3 hours. The teacher must have the ability to relate to young children. Both children are beginners but they do have an understanding of the Vietnamese culture.
