Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a beginner at Thai but want to become proficient as quickly as possible. I am attending the Thai Beginners course at TAFE on Saturday mornings. At present I am finding it difficult to learn to pronounce Thai words correctly and really need to hear a Thai person speak. I would like to do at least an hour a week or at the very least an hour each fortnight depending on how much time the tutor can spare from his/her own studies.

I would like to learn Thai so that when I travel I can communicate better with the local people. I am only a beginner and do not know much more then the basics i.e. swa dee cup. I need improvement in all areas. I have a busy schedule therefore I would have to make some time for the lessons. I’m looking for someone who is younger or similar age that we can have fun while learning. Teacher must be a woman.

I would like to improve all areas of speaking Thai. I know only very basic words at the moment. I'm willing to dedicate 2 or so hours for lessons a week and of course many more hours study. I also have phone conversations with people in Thailand, who help me along but because of the language barrier it can be difficult. I would appreciate any help and I will be a dedicated student.
